Intake & inspection
We assess the material, the surface condition and define the right treatment for each part.
Stripping & blasting
We remove paint, oxides and grease by abrasive blasting until the metal is clean with an ideal profile.
Chemical pre-treatment
Degreasing and surface conversion (phosphating) for maximum adhesion and corrosion protection.
Electrostatic application
Powder paint is applied by electrostatic charge, evenly covering every corner of the part.
Oven curing
The part is polymerised in an oven at 180–200 °C, fusing the powder into a hard, continuous film.
Control & delivery
We check thickness, colour and finish, then pack and return it ready to install.
